To that ensure our products are meticulously prepared, we limit our orders per timeslot. Thus, if you are unable to select the timeslot in accordance to our delivery schedule, we seek your understanding to choose the next available timeslot.
This also applies to the self-collection option.
We seek your kind understanding that requests for specific delivery timings cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the drivers’ delivery routes scheduled for that day. Express delivery is recommended instead.
If delivery is to be made within 3 hours after confirmation outside our delivery schedule, there will be an additional charge. Please note this is subjected to the availability of drivers. If redelivery is not made on the same day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 20% discount off the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like flowers, fruits & cakes.
